Making Mandalas centres the Self. This workshop will stimulate your creativity and introduce to you a range of techniques to use in your artworks. Mandala making is a mindful activity that relaxes, relieves anxiety and stress and has been known to alleviate chronic pain. Join us for a 4 week journey into the magical world of Mandala making.
