Mindful Art Workshop

Take part in this facilitated therapeutic and mediative drawing practice called “Neurographic Art”. Designed to enhance awareness, ease stress and release tension while nourishing your mental health well-being. All materials supplied and no drawing experience required.

This session is designed to support your Mental Health & Wellbeing in your role as a carer. Gaining knowledge to navigate complex support service systems and enhance health & well-being. The session will be facilitated by CoHealth.
