Paint it Calm - A Watercolour Affirmation Card Workshop
Step into a peaceful, judgment free space where creativity flows, the inner critic quiets and self kindness takes centre stage.
Guided by Lee, a qualified Creative Arts Therapist, this unique workshop combines relaxation with gentle self expression as you create 6 positive affirmation cards using soothing watercolour techniques. Beginning with a grounding mediation or chair yoga to help you settle into the present moment. From there you will explore colour, words and emotion in a way that is playful, therapeutic and deeply personal. No prior art skills needed. Let go of self doubt, enjoy intuitive watercolour painting. Choose affirmations that uplift and empower. Take home a handmade set of six cards to inspire daily life.
All materials provided. Just bring yourself and wear comfy clothes.
