Walking is a great way to improve your fitness and mental wellbeing and make new friends. Join a 30-45 minutes’ walk at slow to moderate pace followed by a cuppa and a chat.

Everyone is welcome. Suitable for all abilities & fitness levels.

Wear comfortable clothing, runners and bring a drink bottle.
