Mental Health Month - Breathe & Flow Kidz Yoga (Ages 6-12) - Term 4 2025

Come join a yoga adventure full of movement and calm, designed just for primary school aged kids!

As part of Mental Health Month, this playful session help children learn to care for their minds and bodies. Through fun and simple poses and creative movement, kids will build body awareness, balance and flexibility.

Breathing and relaxation exercises are woven in to help children feel calm, focused, and confident – tools they can use everyday!

Registrations required as limited spaces and Parent/Guardian supervision required.

Time: 3.30pm - 4.15pm

Cairnlea Community Hub

Cairnlea Community Hub is a Neighbourhood House that opened in 2008 and is owned and managed by Brimbank City Council. Cairnlea Community Hub 59 Carmody Drive is adjacent to Cairnlea Park Primary School, in the Southern District within the Brimbank municipality.

Neighbourhood Houses are known by many different names. These names include:

  • Community Houses
  • Living and Learning Centres
  • Neighbourhood Centres
  • Learning Centres

Whatever the name these places are local organisations that provide social, educational and recreational activities for their communities in a welcoming supportive environment.
