Discover how the FREE Life! program at Diabetes Victoria can empower you to take charge of your health and wellbeing. In this 'Healthy Living Session', an Accredited Practising Dietitian, will explore the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, personal goals and motivations, and provide an overview of the Life! program.

You’ll learn how the program supports Victorians at risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke to make positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.

The session also includes a free, non-invasive health check to assess your eligibility and support your journey towards better health.

Time: 10.00am - 11.00am

Delahey Community Centre

Delahey Community Centre is a Neighbourhood House in Delahey.

Neighbourhood Houses and Community Centres are for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Our Centre is a friendly place with low cost or no charge activities. Most activities are held during school terms.

Delahey Community Centre is available for Venue Hire for functions and by community groups for meetings and functions.
