Love video games? Looking for a place to hang out afterschool with friends? Interested in having a say in what you want to do in Brimbank Libraries? Drop in for our weekly Chill & Chat sessions and become a part of our library community where your ideas matter. Snacks provided.

This program runs during the school term, except on public holidays. Registrations are not required.

Age range: 13-18 years
Duration: between 1 - 2 hours

Brimbank City Council uses photography and video within their events for promotions. Photos and video are used for library marketing, social media and website/digital promotions purposes. Sunshine Library

The new Sunshine Library is set over the first two floors with a large double height reading room and areas for different user groups including children, teens, and adults. The children’s zone also includes an outdoor area on the first floor. Other features of the library include quiet study areas and booths, areas for quiet reading and computer work, gaming areas and a Wi-Fi lounge. Free Wifi will be available throughout the new building. The ground floor of the library includes a content creation area.
